In the period between signing the preliminary purchase agreement and passing at the notary, there were also advices regarding choice of shipyard for drydocking, choice of new suitable berth for the new owner. Four years ago again, bought a beautiful charter klipper here. Very skilled and friendly assistance from Luc throughout the entire process. After the purchase, still received a wonderful book and had a beer with Luc and the seller.

Luc de Groot of real estate agency Fikkers sold my Hasselteraak Jakobina for me. Jakobina is a Hasselteraak of 25 x 5 meters where I completed the restoration from zero to a modern, light and sleekly fitted-out ship. After thorough research, Fikkers was chosen, conveniently located but also due to the more favorable brokerage fee. It turned out to be a pleasant collaboration with Luc (de Groot), partly thanks to his enthusiasm. He created a beautiful and realistic photo reportage with a nice number of viewings as a result. He stood firmly between us and the interested parties and knew how to act decisively. With a clearly prepared agreement, the sale was closed. Everything handled neatly. In short, satisfied.

It was time to go ashore. And I had no idea how to arrange everything around the sale. Too many questions, formalities and incompetence on my part regarding selling my ship. After 15 years of happy occupancy, selling your ship is not a simple matter. Luc completely took care of everything for me: he was always available for my questions and protected me from a few awkward actions. Unfortunately a less positive review. I have not had good experiences with Tuitman Vastgoed as a rental agent. They are unreachable by phone (call-back requests are ignored), emails are not or very late responded to, and unfortunately I've been in a house for three months now with many maintenance problems (leakage, cracks, mold, moisture etc) where no attention is given. I have never posted a review on Google before, so this indicates how strongly I feel that these people treat their clients like this. I hope this review will make them respond and solve the problems of course ;-)

Originally very good, but the moment you need to contact them about a broken oven, nothing is done for months. Getting in touch is almost impossible and the contract is not adhered to on their part. Changed agreements and threatening messages. Strongly advise against doing business with them.

Had a disappointing experience. It took almost three months to repair a simple toilet flusher, despite repeated phone calls. Regarding the deposit, they refused to take responsibility, even though the contract stated that you had to contact them. Instead, they directed me to the landlord, who partially returned the deposit without any explanation. The agency offered no help in resolving the issue. Would not recommend renting through them.

We experienced a power outage in our rental home. Randy made sure everything was resolved quickly and well. Very nice!

Really unprofessional. We rented an apartment for a year from 2023 to 2024. Initially, the rental process seemed fine: Randy gave us a virtual tour and facilitated the rental, which was quite an achievement considering the current housing situation. But then the problems started: Unclean apartment: The apartment was handed over to us without prior cleaning. Can you imagine? When we received the keys, we had to request that the apartment be cleaned. If it were up to the housing agency, they wouldn't have done anything. Incorrect information: We were told that the apartment included a parking space and that the other costs would amount to a maximum of € 100 per month. However, we continued to receive letters asking us to pay extra charges, taxes etc. Ultimately, we paid quite a lot of money. Defective and disgusting furnishings: we had to replace several items because they didn't work or were simply dirty: the sofa, dishwasher, TV and moreover the heating system with a water leak that we only discovered at the end of our rental period. As a result, we paid a considerable amount in water bills. Poor communication: the number of times you have to send an email, make a phone call or send a WhatsApp message to get action taken is truly astonishing. No show for final inspection: Imagine this scenario: my father takes a day off to pick me up and help with my furniture because the housing agency insists that they cannot do a final viewing on weekends, despite repeated requests. And then, on the day of the final viewing, they don't show up! We were ready to leave, but no one appeared. We had to throw the key into the company’s mailbox because no one answered for three hours. The truth is that the housing crisis has allowed companies like this to exist. In a more normal scenario, this housing agency should be shut down due to its pathetic professionalism.
