Op de dag van de bezichtiging werd ik echter gebeld dat het pand al verkocht was. Terwijl er gewoon een afspraak stond. Dit vind ik erg onzorgvuldig en niet netjes. Afspraken hoor je na te komen of op zijn minst tijdig en transparant te communiceren als de situatie verandert. Geen prettige ervaring.
