Through this broker an viewing was scheduled. There were 2 moments available before that. I therefore took a day off from work. Subsequently, I receive short notice (4 days) before the date, the house has already been sold. However, I do receive a golden tip in the email: 'Annoying that this happens, engage us as a buyer's broker and then you won't have this.' Of course, they worded it more beautifully, but that’s what it boils down to. I really don't think that's classy.

Despite their initial impression, they failed to deliver the promised proposal within the agreed timeframe – without any feedback or explanation. I even waited longer, awaiting an answer, but that never came. Although unforeseen circumstances may have caused the delay, good communication and professionalism are crucial. Unfortunately, this lack of follow-up has led me to choose another agency. I would not recommend it based on this experience.
