Wat een grandioos fijne makelaar! Na een heel succesvolle, snelle verkoop met een opbrengst heel ruim boven verwachting heeft het Makelaarshuys mij ook nog kosteloos aankoopbegeleiding gegeven. Aankooprapporten en adviezen en aan het eind van mijn zoektocht ook bieden en contact. Enthousiast en betrokken waren Irene en haar team steeds opnieuw bereid mij te helpen om een droomhuis te vinden. En het is gelukt! ik heb mijn droomhuis, maar daardoor verwacht ik binnenkort niet opn…

Het huis stond maanden te koop en toch: “Het kan wél”. Die hoop liet ze nooit varen. Ze weet van aanpakken!

Helaas een slechte ervaring met deze partij. Telefonisch worden vragen niet beantwoord en het contact ervaar ik als erg opdringerig. Daarnaast lijkt men moeite te hebben met het nalezen en toepassen van de voorwaarden die ze zelf hebben opgesteld. Ook wordt er niet of nauwelijks gecommuniceerd met de verkoper. Reacties lijken alleen te komen wanneer het in hun eigen voordeel is; in andere gevallen blijft een reactie uit. Dit geeft weinig vertrouwen. Als ik geen ster kon geven......

Het Makelaarshuys, onder de deskundige leiding van Irene, heeft ons gedurende zowel de aankoop van onze nieuwe woning als de verkoop van onze huidige woning uitstekend begeleid. The worst company ever. I was on vacation, my car was parked and someone ran into it while I wasn't even in it. I found the woman who caused the accident and gave her all the details, photos, and phone numbers. I paid everything out of my own pocket and they don't communicate well. They act as an intermediary. One star is still too much. Moreover, they removed the damage from my claim while I was never the cause of the accident and apparently it doesn't matter to them.
