De herstelkosten liepen op tot duizenden euro’s, wat een enorme financiële tegenvaller voor ons is geweest. Wat ons vooral stoort, is het gebrek aan transparantie en zorgvuldigheid. Als koper mag je verwachten dat je volledig en eerlijk wordt geïnformeerd over de staat van een woning. In ons geval hebben wij dat niet zo ervaren. Dit heeft ons vertrouwen in deze makelaar ernstig geschaad. Wij raden daarom aan om zeer kritisch te zijn en alles grondig te laten controleren als je met deze partij in zee gaat.
