When I wanted to sell my house, I invited 3 real estate agents for a meeting; Daniëlle and two gentlemen. As part of the meetings, we walked through the house. Where the gentlemen didn't get further than “beautiful, light, spacious” and a total of 1 piece of constructive criticism, Daan gave two or three technical or aesthetic tips in each room to make the house more sellable at a low cost. You can’t test it and therefore also can’t be sure, but I am myself convinced that my house was sold for a higher price thanks to her advice. A tip for people who don't know which sales agent to choose: when you have drawn up a shortlist of agents, compare on housing sites the properties that those agents have offered in the recent past. Who has the most beautiful photos? The most attractive texts? If you do this, I think you too will come to the conclusion that Daan is an excellent choice to protect your interests.
