They say they will arrange it but then they don't. (multiple times) They also do not call or email back. Although they promise to. After many phone calls and emails from my side, the only reaction after almost 8 months of threatening with a bailiff was truly unbelievable. What a bunch of incompetents at the office in Groningen. Luckily there are better companies in Groningen.

Unfortunately, no stars for this worthless group of people. They've never heard of communication. And furthermore, it’s truly all trickery and deceit. And making an appointment is impossible because they are always somewhere else or at a different time. My advice: never do business with these people; it seems nice in the first conversation, but then the misery begins. I rented a building from them for a lot of money. I received the guarantee that everything would function, but everything was closed due to bankruptcy. Poor (read none) external communication, and internally the same, even had an argument on the phone with a lady who works there about one of her colleagues Job, who she says is called Joop, however important that may be. I hear from real estate agents in the city that Finesse operates at the edge of the market, and the stories I mentioned are common knowledge. Meanwhile, the location has another owner, and they haven't communicated anything about that either. So DO NOT do business with them. There were 2 A4 sheets with defects where nothing was done about it. Moreover, the installation company doesn’t want to come anymore because Finesse hasn’t paid the bill.

I had a special experience with Rotsvast Groningen. From beginning to end, their service was professional, efficient and customer-oriented. They organized an online viewing for me because I was in my home country, something that other rental companies did not offer. After I was selected for the property, I was guided through every step of the process. In particular, I must thank Niels, who took care of everything. He showed me the house via a video call and sent me multiple photos and videos. He also measured the dimensions to help me with purchasing furniture from abroad and helped me with signing contracts for gas and electricity. He gave valuable advice on everything and he is always available for any questions or comments. Thank you for your excellent organization and availability, five stars are not enough.

My experiences with Rotsvast Groningen have been positive so far. Agent Niels handled my viewing and mediation remotely with great care and understanding. He was very hospitable. Both Niels and Els de Vos have been extremely quick and helpful so far. If they are not available in person, they respond almost immediately by SMS or email. I highly recommend it.

Rotsvast helped me find a home quickly, for a healthy compensation. When things deteriorated, however, they were very eager to offer help, but ultimately chose the side of the real estate agency representing the homeowner. They claimed they were helping to lower costs, but in fact, they didn't even bother to inquire with the owner’s realtor whether she had lowered the costs. There are many agents in town. Try others first.

Ik kan Massink Vastgoed ten zeerste aanbevelen aan iedereen die zijn eigendom wil verkopen, ik zou niet gelukkiger kunnen zijn met de ervaring. Bedankt aan het hele team om van wat een stressvol proces had kunnen zijn, een plezierige ervaring te maken! Het team was professioneel, responsief en altijd beschikbaar om al mijn vragen te beantwoorden. Vanaf de allereerste ontmoeting toonden ze een diep inzicht in de markt en verschaften ze waardevolle inzichten die het hele proces soepel en stressvrij maakten.

Ondanks dat ik een bijzonder pand te koop had hebben zij een verkoop kunnen regelen. De markt situatie voor zo'n pand als ik had maakte het niet makkelijker op, de vastgoed beleggers zijn niet zo blij met de ontwikkeling in Den Haag. Heelveel vastgoed beleggers verkochten juist hun panden i.p.v.. kopen wat voor ons lastiger was om het pand aan de man te brengen. Na ruim een jaar toch de juiste koper kunnen vinden.

Fijne mensen om mee te werken

Het zijn OPLICHTERS!! Destijds kreeg ik een flyer in mijn brievenbus met daarin de tekst; twijfel je om je woning te verkopen, doe dan een gratis en vrijblijvende waardebepaling. Dit gedaan en ze gaven aan het wel willen over te kopen voor een bepaald bedrag (dat volgens hun waardebepaling was) dit bedrag bleek dus ruim 20 procent beneden de marktprijs te zijn. Vertrouw ze dus niet!

De gehele periode een fijn en duidelijk contact gehad. Massink Vastgoed komt de gemaakte afspraken na. Ik heb de samenwerking als zeer prettig ervaren!

We zijn heel tevreden, de verkoop verliep erg vlot en soepel. Het contact was laagdrempelig en altijd snel antwoord.
