When it came to viewing properties, Martin's endless knowledge made a huge difference. He had an answer to everything we asked, from structural problems, improvements, renovation, short/long term costs. But by the time we would ask those things, he naturally already noticed the issues and informed us thanks to his eye for detail. What pleased us most was the way he handled bidding and negotiating. He gave purely objective opinions only. He never pushed a purchase or suggested it just to make quick profit. The extra hours he put in were spent on research and negotiations in the evening hours. And that led us to buy our dream house, a house we love. Overall, we highly recommend working with Martin and Quwendy when buying your first house/apartment. I can wholeheartedly recommend our real estate agent Stephan de Poel. For more than 3 months of actively searching and house hunting, we received full assistance with all matters: booking/canceling viewings, contacting sellers, inspecting houses, market analysis, bidding, drafting the deed, and etc. Other supporting staff were also always courteous, responded quickly via email or WhatsUp, and generally very kind, regardless of the questions we asked. The price is well justified, as it does not change with the number of visits/bids (of which we had many) until you have the reassuring house.

26 Apr 2024Following an inspection, we were forced to pray (buyer unfriendly), during the inspection it was indicated that the price not only counts but also other points, ultimately we were told that the bid would not be accepted, those other points therefore do not apply and we were wrongly informed. Also, the selling price was not mentioned, hence why we did make the highest offer. Not recommended to do business with.

During the first meeting, they immediately took a good look at our house and measured it directly so Joan could determine a good price based on comparable properties. Joan was also able to provide a lot of certainty about the price we could expect, so we could adjust our budget accordingly. When it came to properties for purchase, thorough research was done and comparable properties and their bidding behavior were analyzed. We also experienced both processes as very positive. Joan and Rudy were also available on weekends if quick decisions had to be made for both the sale and purchase. They create contracts digitally so that we, as buyers and sellers, can sign quickly, which speeds up the cooling-off period. For us as sellers, this provides quick certainty. All in all, very satisfied. We hope to live in our new house for a long time, but if we ever move again, we will definitely involve Joan and Rudy again.

25 Nov 2024I would recommend Namaco to everyone. Personally, I have been helped by Kjeld, Klaas, Larissa, and Marit, and they were all quick and easy to reach, skilled, and always clear and friendly. In a housing market where I initially looked at with a wary eye, they brought me from introduction to deed of delivery in less than two months. This would have been impossible for me without them! Klaas's mortgage advice is also worth mentioning. He calmly guides you through all the options and gives both open and urgent advice when needed. Throughout the entire process, it was always clear to me what I myself had to do, and what Klaas took care of for me. In summary, top team. Highly recommended.

19 Feb 2025Ze hebben ons van begin tot eind meegenomen in de aankoop. Erg duidelijk in de communicatie. Had ik een vraag dan kon ik ze appen of bellen en kreeg altijd een antwoord. Ook als er iets was waar ze niet meteen een antwoord op hadden, kreeg ik nog dezelfde dag een antwoord of de volgende dag. Ben zeer tevreden met deze makelaar.

27 Nov 2024Persoonlijk zijn wij erg tevreden over de werkwijze van IQ makelaars en hebben we het contact als zeer prettig ervaren. Gedurende het gehele proces werd goed meegedacht en gecommuniceerd. Overigens is de flexibiliteit met het inplannen van bezichtigingen zodat elke geïnteresseerde de kans krijgt de woning te zien noemenswaardig en zeker een compliment waard. We zouden IQ makelaars dan ook absoluut aanraden.

We still decided to go ahead and buy, even though we had to cover additional expenses due to these discrepancies missed by the agent. On the other side I'm glad I followed her advice and move the search to a different area of the city that would fit better my family needs, and indeed we're very happy with our new neighborhood.
