Maybe they are good for selling houses or buying for the local population, but if you're an expat and want to buy a house, I definitely don't recommend this real estate agency. A big disappointment. We worked with them for 4 months. Unfortunately, they are not able to find a proper house, even though we found more houses than they did, which made us feel like they weren't so keen on it. Moreover, they have no idea what is acceptable outside the region, but they also have no ambition to get ideas from other agents. and ultimately we had to terminate our agreement with them and bought our new house ourselves.
