The purchase file would be put in order online for us that evening. The next day, we are called back with the message that they were going to sell the house to someone else after all... With anger and astonishment, we asked for an explanation, but no real explanation came. 'That's just how things sometimes go'... However, they advise us to hire a buyer’s agent and invite us to their office to see if they can perhaps do something for us... Of course, we did not accept this offer, because you don't want to work with an agency like that. So be careful when entering into an agreement with Makelaardij de Parel!
