Horrendous office with terrible communication. The first time I met them at the office was to pick up my keys. The person handling my case decided it would be funny to pull my leg and say he didn't have the keys. I didn't find that funny after a 2-hour drive. They will also not hesitate to charge you for things that are not legal. I once had to call a lawyer to get them to back down because they made a mistake in the contract which prevented them from raising my rent.
