I sold 22 rented garage boxes. Received an offer from Drieman with explanation and advice on how to deal with landlords. I addressed this. It went excellently, also for the tenants. Approximately half of these were purchased by the tenants. For the remainder, everything went well, allowing me to individually decide on the selling price.
