We chose Kijck real estate agents because of the fixed 'low' price for selling the property, in retrospect I would have preferred to spend a little more and had more guidance/information. I would not recommend anyone to go into the sea with Kijck maklars. I was really scammed. I'm not sure if it was only the real estate agent who did it or the entire company. The woman who sold my apartment took the money from the buyer and lied to me about the offers, resulting in my apartment being sold for a lower price. Because she took the money from the buyer, she was actually working for the buyer and told me that there had been no offers. Moreover, she negotiated the price with me for the buyer. I didn't know what game she was playing with me and sold the apartment much cheaper. Later, I found out what she had done and spoke to a lawyer about it, but he said that there was nothing more that could be done now because I had already transferred the property. It's better to pay more and go to another real estate agent, where you can see the offers on move.nl if a buyer makes an offer. By paying a few thousand euros more to another selling real estate agent, you can get 20,000 to 30,000 euros more. At Kijck real estate agents, it's a black box, nothing is transparent and you don't find out if someone has made an offer or whether they even asked for an offer, or that they just lied. I wish that real estate agent would get her karma for the scamming. It still hurts a lot how I became such a victim, so be careful everyone.

Our first appointment with Kijck (Leonie Rump) for property valuation and sales strategy dates back to November 2020. In August 2022, we started discussions about selling our house, and in October 2022, the sale began and was completed on December 29, 2022. During the recent months of rising mortgage interest rates and property value depreciation, Leonie advised us professionally, and we are very satisfied with the overall sales process including the low costs for Kijck as a selling agent. Due to this positive experience, we have decided to appoint Kijck as our purchasing agent as well, and we are currently (February 12) in the final phase of completing the purchase of a property. We are very satisfied with Kijck as both a sales and purchasing agent, and a pleasant side effect is that the brokerage fees are lower than other agency offices.
