Several brokers came by, including Amarenske van Kijck makelaars. Due to the contact with her, the good marketing of the property and the fee they ask for it, this was a good choice. After only a few viewings, the house was already sold within 1 week. It couldn't really be better.

I would not recommend anyone to go with Kijck maaklars. I was severely deceived by them. I don't know for sure if it was just the agent who did it, or if the whole company was involved. The women who were dealing with the sale of my apartment accepted the money from the buyer, lied to me about the bids and ensured that my apartment was sold at a lower price. Because they accepted the money from the buyer, they were effectively working for the buyer and told me there were no bids and also negotiated the price with me for the buyer. I didn't know the whole game they were playing with me and sold the apartment much cheaper. I heard later what they did, spoke about it with the lawyer, but the lawyer said: nothing can be done about it now because I have already transferred ownership. It is better to pay more and go with another real estate agent where you can see the bids on move.nl if a buyer offers. By paying a few thousand euros more to another selling broker, you can get 20 to 30k more. With Kijck makelaars it's a black box, nothing is transparent and you don’t find out whether anyone has made bids or even asked about the bids or if they are just lying to you. I wish that agent would get her karma because she deceived me. It still hurts that I was so badly deceived, so be careful everyone.

Our first appointment with Kijck (Leonie Rump) for property valuation and sales strategy dates back to November 2020. In August 2022, we started discussions about selling our house, and in October 2022, the sale began and was completed on December 29, 2022. During the recent months of rising mortgage interest rates and property value depreciation, Leonie advised us professionally, and we are very satisfied with the overall sales process including the low costs for Kijck as a selling agent. Due to this positive experience, we have decided to appoint Kijck as our purchasing agent as well, and we are currently (February 12) in the final phase of completing the purchase of a property. We are very satisfied with Kijck as both a sales and purchasing agent, and a pleasant side effect is that the brokerage fees are lower than other agency offices.
