This 1-star review was written after viewing the apartment, before any offer had been made and after experiencing this extremely negative and terrible communication. The realtor makes false accusations against me personally, which only shows how far from professionalism this realtor is. I am free to make offers at any value that I consider for the property, and this realtor should not publicly discuss this, but this is expected of this realtor. Advice to this realtor: improve your communication with potential buyers, do not use the facilities in the apartment during a viewing, and improve your communication.

We hadden binnen 12 uur een aankoopmakelaar nodig. Via ons netwerk kwamen we bij Max uit. 'Dan meeten we toch gewoon voor de deur, doen we daarna koffie.' Om na de bezichtiging, tijdens de koffie over een volgende bezichtiging te zeggen: 'je hebt vast wel wat beters te doen, dit is niks.' We gingen toch en hij bleek gelijk te hebben. Het was he-le-maal niks. Vanaf dat moment luisterden we naar Max. Ook toen hij een kleine drie maanden later zei: 'Dit is hem, dit wordt jullie huis.' Zelf waren we op voorhand nog niet overtuigd, maar je voelt hem al aankomen. We kochten en huis en wonen er nu een maand met veel plezier. Lang verhaal kort. Max kent de markt, denkt snel, is flexibel, snapt hoe het werkt en is goed eerlijk en recht doorzee. Heeft ons weerhouden van het kopen van een zesje omdat hij wist dat de negen zou komen.
