Who is now putting up a photo of a house on funda? Never seen such a bad realtor before!

On Monday morning I made an appointment by phone, which went normally. We could choose between 11:00 AM or 12:00 PM on Friday. Drove over 1.5 hours in the car to the location on Friday. Upon arrival, no real estate agent, nothing. Calling revealed that it had already been sold last Wednesday?! We did not receive any email, phone call, voicemail, or SMS about this... So we came for nothing. Therefore 1.5 hours there and 1.5 hours back, a waste of time, thanks realtor -_- No effort was made to have another property viewed or offer another form of apology. Really sad...

1 star is still too much! Very unfriendly woman. Is very blunt on the phone, hangs up during the conversation. Also didn't show up for the scheduled viewing. Definitely NOT recommended.

Both before and during the viewing, the real estate agent made promises that they could not keep afterwards. That in itself is already bad. We were supposed to be called, but despite our attempts to contact the real estate agent (e.g., leaving voicemails several times requesting a call back), that did not happen. Via their website, we had to learn that the property suddenly stood “under option”. Subsequently, we received an email rejection with a reference to another house they have for rent. The rental price of this was almost double that of the property in question! On our reply to that email, in which we expressed our dissatisfaction, there is no further response. Simply unprofessional and also impolite to treat people like this and then not be willing to communicate about it. Sad!

This is a really bad realtor. They discriminate against people. They don't give good homes to foreigners. They keep these only for Dutch people and they always have difficult excuses.

For us, it was the first time we did business with this company regarding renting out a stay. They answered all my emails within 1-2 business days and answered all my questions as best they could. They ensure that you can move into a new home where everything is functional or at least ready for repair. Hey everyone, This agency is totally unprofessional and questionable with respect to professional ethics. If you want a good experience for renting an apartment, you must not go to this agency. For example, they charge you ridiculous price for whatever service, (see 500 euros for removing a mattress). Also, I didn’t leave the place dirty as they say. Btw Ruben Rutten, he is of course very 'polite and nice'.
