WARNING: stay far away from this real estate agent. What a disastrous experience. For a year we had to struggle with their misleading, intimidating and downright dishonest way of working. This real estate agent really does everything to protect the landlord and keep tenants small. Promises were not kept, appointments deliberately twisted, and every attempt at reasonable communication ran into arrogance and contempt. Everything that was in black and white was denied with glass hardness. After a year of misery we were finally able to move out. The property was perfectly handed over, but even then we still got a so-called report with 'noted cleaning and repair work'. A transparent attempt to charge extra costs — without any proof or basis. According to article 7:206 and 7:217 BW, maintenance and repair are the responsibility of the landlord, not the tenant. Such practices are not only scandalous but also legally untenable. Thanks to our lawyer we got every cent back. Do not hesitate for a second to seek legal help if you have to deal with this office. That is the only language they seem to understand. What a shameless organization. Their way of working is manipulative, intimidating and harmful to trust in the rental sector. Be deeply ashamed — companies like this are ruining the housing market.

Just for information, I am the seller. Animo real estate agents sold our apartment! Pascal was one of the interested parties; after the viewing, things went very smoothly with this person. He wanted to buy but it didn't progress. Even shifted our vacation twice to handle everything, however Pascal kept postponing and wouldn’t sign. Then our apartment was sold to another interested party which all got arranged quickly. Conclusion, Marijn from Animo real estate agents did what he had to do, namely sell our apartment. Everything was well guided and handled by him, just what you expect from a real estate agent.

DRAMA Buyer and Seller AGREED this broker STOPPED the sale Here is the WINNER of the worst real estate agent in the Netherlands. 1st viewing Broker arrived late Broker couldn't answer many questions Broker makes statements that he shouldn't say, such as to the question when can the handover take place. He said 2 to 4 weeks. Ultimately it was 2 to 3 months. Broker doesn't answer questions. After a while, broker is very slow, we agreed on the price. Then again very slowly problems about the handover what his statement was and what it ultimately became. Ultimately with this finished we wanted another 2nd viewing. Is fine he said and then you will also sign immediately. We would like to read it through first before we sign. No that wasn't possible. Eventually, Mr. started THREATENING if it is not signed today I will cancel the sale. Threatening backfires on us. Contacted many brokers but this one really stands at number 1 of worst real estate agents. Nobody comes close. Again the proof CHEAP=EXPENSIVE IS again the proof that a broker is a freelance profession and no training or anything is required.
