An fantastic experience with the sale via Yvonne van Luijk. We received a number of good offers, but after we had signed the purchase contract, an old maintenance issue came up that we thought was resolved. Unfortunately, a very bad rental experience through this real estate agent. The property was handed over dirty with hairs in the bathroom and soiled underwear from the previous tenant still under the bed. In the 1.5 years that I lived there, many defects arose. For example, there was a short circuit due to the bath, there was constant mold on the walls in the bathroom, the lighting in the kitchen didn't work or partially, a gas burner never worked, and so on. Unfortunately, hardly anything was done about this and communication was very poor. You couldn't reach them by phone and they responded late to emails. All of this for a property of 39m2 with a rental price of €1430.
