An amazing team. My girlfriend and I bought a house after Corona, a difficult time. House27 put us at ease quickly. We are the proud owners of a small piece of the historic center of Amsterdam: a beautiful, recently restored building with two apartments of approximately 100 m² each on the Prinsengracht. We bought the property about six years ago and decided to use one of the apartments ourselves as an Amsterdam vacation home and to rent out the second apartment to generate income. I had asked them for help a few weeks prior in finding an apartment and initially they seemed very friendly and helpful. But when the date arrived to move to Amsterdam, they didn't send me any options. No help at all. I always felt that Sjoerd wanted the best solution for me and was willing to spend hours to help me out. He took the time to help me with one option (moving and renovating) which actually resulted in 27Huis making much *less* money! When I went to look at new apartments, I felt that I could really rely on his opinion. He convinced me to reconsider a few wrong decisions, and when I found one that got the approval, I could rely on it. :-) I felt that he had done extra research and extra work to make sure it was the right decision, and that everything ran smoothly. I can't recommend him enough.

Als ze zeggen dat ze hun appartement verhuren op basis van 'no cure, no pay', dan is dat NIET WAAR. Controleer artikel 13.f en 13.g in het contract. De andere makelaars die ik heb gebruikt, waren eerlijk in hun 'no cure, no pay'-belofte en brachten me niets in rekening toen het niet lukte om het appartement te verhuren. 27 Huis had 4 weken de tijd om mijn huis te verhuren en bracht 2 potentiële huurders (geen van beiden wilde het huren). Ik plaatste een advertentie op Facebook. Binnen 12 uur had ik 4 bezichtigingen geregeld, 3 kwamen opdagen en alle 3 wilden het huren.
