It is now our fixed and trusted real estate office. This year, my son found an apartment for the second time through Sergino. He returned to Amsterdam after a few years for his work, and in just two weeks they found an excellent apartment right in the center, tastefully furnished and including all amenities. An extra plus is that they listen well to the customer's wishes and offer customized solutions. Well done! I wonder if we can also use their services in the future for the purchase of a home.

As an expat couple who moved to the Netherlands three weeks ago, we quickly and easily found an apartment thanks to Sergino and Alcoco. Sergino is een geweldige kerel! Hoewel de eerste plek waar ik op had gesolliciteerd niet beschikbaar was toen ik mijn aanvraag indiende, raadde Sergino snel en gemakkelijk een andere plek aan, die nog niet eens online stond! Binnen een dag of twee bood Sergino me een videogesprek aan vanuit die plek, omdat ik op het punt stond hierheen te verhuizen vanuit Griekenland, en ik woon hier nu met veel plezier. 100% aan te raden, zeker in de verschrikkelijke huizenmarkt van Amsterdam!

It seems to be the same person who gave a 1-star rating, because in my case everything went very smoothly and clearly. The deposit was quickly refunded by the owner after my rental period, because you pay the deposit to them and not the service costs. I already miss Amsterdam, what a fantastic city and people.

Alcoco is zeer professioneel en behulpzaam en komt zijn afspraken na. Ik heb een geweldige ervaring gehad met Sergiño; hij was erg behulpzaam en professioneel. Zelfs voor de vele wijzigingen en extra werkzaamheden achteraf werden er geen extra kosten in rekening gebracht. De beste prijs-kwaliteitverhouding!
They are trying to steal my money. After a month I still have no news about my deposit... NO RENT WITH THIS REAL ESTATE AGENCY. WORST LETTING AGENT IN AMSTERDAM Two and a half months and still no news about my deposit. Not even an invoice with what they ask... when I checked out, Alcoco said the apartment was well treated... but no refund.
Javier, Begrijpen we deze neprecensie niet? Zoals je weet hebben we je borg nooit ontvangen, die was in het bezit van de verhuurder. De verhuurder heeft je een factuur overhandigd met alle kosten die hij moest maken toen je het appartement aan het einde van je huurperiode verliet. In overleg met de verhuurder heb je deze kosten geaccepteerd en heb je € 750,- teruggekregen. Verwijder deze neprecensie. Bij voorbaat dank. Team Alcoco
