Er is een reden waarom Jaap hier bijna een 5-sterrenbeoordeling krijgt - hij is echt de beste. We overwogen een vergelijkbare dienst voor expats en kozen uiteindelijk voor Jaap om verschillende redenen: hij heeft enorm veel kennis van de Amsterdamse vastgoedmarkt, de persoonlijke aandacht die hij aan onze zoektocht besteedde, zijn opmerkelijke openheid voor de eigenaardigheden van andere culturen (ik ben Roemeens en mijn man komt uit de VS), hij reageert snel en hij heeft simpelweg het netwerk om te onderhandelen en zijn naam te laten gelden wanneer hij namens zijn klanten een bod uitbrengt. Mijn man en ik waren erg actief in onze zoektocht en vonden én boden binnen 3-4 weken op ons droomhuis (het is ongelooflijk hoe graag we niet meer wilden huren!). We stuurden Jaap elke ochtend een paar appartementen. Jana, zijn assistente en makelaar in opleiding, regelde snel bezichtigingen voor ons.
