We had a very disappointing experience today with the appointment that we booked in Haarlem. We arrived early for the viewing, together with a few other people, and waited for the agent, but no one ever showed up. We rang the doorbell several times, but there was no response. After contacting the office by phone, we were told that the appointment 'would not take place' because it supposedly had been scheduled an hour earlier - news to us all, since we received a confirmation this morning with the (incorrect) time clearly stated. When we explained the situation, there was no apology, only a blunt response stating that we could no longer view the property. Very unprofessional and unfriendly. Positive: the doorbell looked nice.

From the perspective of a tenant, this company is a disaster. It's by far the worst I've had in Amsterdam. Outside of office hours they do not respond to phone calls or emails, even for urgent or emergency issues. They are extremely slow in handling problems (we have now been waiting for more than a month for a basic repair) and it can take several days before we get an answer to an email. I would never recommend them to a property owner.
