🏠 Beautiful homes for sale offered 📞 Very difficult to reach sales agent (Tijn) Receptionist or colleagues could do nothing but urge him to respond. ✉️ Little response from reception. 👩🏼‍⚖️Offer made and the purchase process started, then nothing more heard until later. 🔎 If you buy something here, be sure to do thorough research - as a buyer you have a duty of investigation and the seller has an information obligation. The latter could also have been better in my journey given relevant information was not shared.

We had a very disappointing experience today with the appointment that we booked in Haarlem. We arrived early for the viewing, together with a few other people, and waited for the agent, but no one ever showed up. We rang the doorbell several times, but there was no response. After contacting the office by phone, we were told that the appointment 'would not take place' because it supposedly had been scheduled an hour earlier - news to us all, since we received a confirmation this morning with the (incorrect) time clearly stated. When we explained the situation, there was no apology, only a blunt response stating that we could no longer view the property. Very unprofessional and unfriendly. Positive: the doorbell looked nice.

Terrible company, never calls back and doesn't honor commitments. I know that world, but this is something else.

I bought a house through BIC and have had several problems with it. They are absolutely not transparent and do not act in the interest of the seller.

From the perspective of a tenant, this company is a disaster. It's by far the worst I've experienced in Amsterdam. They don't respond outside of office hours to phone calls or emails, not even for urgent or emergency issues. They are extremely slow in handling problems (we have now been waiting for over a month for a simple repair) and it can take days before we get a response to an email. I would never recommend them to a homeowner.
