Beste Lilly, het spijt me dit te lezen. Zoals je weet, is er een juridisch geschil over werk dat we voor je hebben gedaan, en je weigert nu de factuur te betalen. Ik heb van iemand anders vernomen dat dit een gebruikelijke praktijk bij jou lijkt te zijn. Ik ben erg teleurgesteld over deze behandeling na al die vele uren die we erin hebben gestoken, waarvan we er veel niet eens aan je in rekening hebben gebracht.

I am certainly familiar with this real estate agency because I bought my house that was sold through this broker. When we came to view the house, the broker was curt and rather grumpy. Also at the handover, the broker was not very correct. I cannot understand how people sell houses like this. For us buyers, this is one of the most important events in our lives. And on top of that, a house in Amsterdam Oud Zuid also costs an enormous amount of money. We have seen and spoken to many brokers but this is definitely one of the most disappointing real estate agencies we have come across. I hope that the real estate agency can do something with this, because apparently they sell beautiful and good houses.

We have dealt with Bridges Makelaars three times. Once as the counterparty in our purchase and twice we sold our house with their help. Time for a review: Such a lovely company. Tale & Klaske are personal, friendly and really make an effort. They give good advice but also listen to your own wishes. I can highly recommend them.
