I had a fantastic experience with Sam. Throughout the entire process, he handled almost all questions and communication, making the purchase of an apartment much less stressful for me: I only had to go to the viewing and decide whether I liked the apartment. When I received emails regarding the purchase, I could simply forward them and rely on everything being handled properly. Sam usually responded within a day and was always flexible if I wanted to schedule a phone call to discuss something. Overall, the process went very smoothly and well organized. I greatly appreciated how easy he made everything and would definitely recommend Sam to anyone looking for a reliable and responsive real estate agent.
