Very bad experience with this company. I rented an apartment in Valencia and they did not fulfill many promises. The toilet flush was never repaired, the intercom either, and the damage to the balcony, which supposedly would be repaired, was also not restored. And that while I paid €1400 in commission... As if that were not enough, they kept 40% of my deposit for a minor damage to the intercom. They said it had to be replaced, while it was working perfectly. I advise against renting through this company.

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. I rented an apartment in Valencia and from the moment I signed the lease agreement, everything was a disaster. I arrived at an apartment that was absolutely unacceptable: the mattress was covered in cat hair, the apartment wasn't cleaned after the previous tenants and it was almost completely unfurnished – only a bed and a dining table with chairs. There was no couch, no bedding, no pillows, no cooking utensils, no basics. The air conditioning was leaking, the heater wasn't working and the front door was covered in mold and leaked every time it rained. After dealing with all of this, they now refuse to return my deposit without a valid reason. And when I indicated that I would contact my lawyer about the matter, Victoria blocked me instead of solving the problem. This is extremely unprofessional behavior and says everything about how they treat their tenants. Stay far away. This company accepts no responsibility, offers poor quality accommodation and is unreachable once you challenge them.

Multiple times contact was sought for information about an object they are offering for sale, but unfortunately never received a response. In this way you do not sell your object. What a disappointing experience.

Rented an apartment in Spain, Valencia. Upon arrival, it turned out the dishwasher was broken and was never fixed, the roller shutter broke and a new one never appeared. Cockroach infestation. And about 10 other things as well. The staff were very bad and when we called them they started shouting at us; we literally fled because the apartment was really not livable, received no refund of our rent in Valencia!!

It's that I have to fill in at least 1 star. I would have preferred to give 0 stars. One word: SHAMEFUL. Apartment rented in Valencia. DO NOT DO THIS WITH THIS COMPANY ‼️ Dishwasher never arrived, blind broken, cockroaches, wires in my bedroom coming out of the wall, shower cubicle doesn't close. Etc etc etc! Also impossible to communicate with them anymore. Had to go through an intern of about 20 years old. Because they don't want to speak to us anymore. Every time they came but never took action. One employee even threatened me when I confronted him with all these things! They literally fled because everything is SO BAD! They also lie about everything. PURE SHAME! YUCK YUCK

This appraiser doesn't understand that you are looking for the best valuation and becomes irritated if you ask questions about it. Various assumptions are made upon which prejudices are based without asking questions. Even when you refute those assumptions, he sticks to his point after which he casually insults you by questioning your norms and values. They aren’t the cheapest, and they don't need to be, but then you expect at least that someone will collaborate with you and speak to you properly without adopting an arrogant attitude. Apart from that, there are also many shortcomings, causing us to now have a new valuation carried out elsewhere. I understand why Spring is not accepted by the major banks.

My partner and I rented an apartment in Valencia. From day one, we informed the real estate agent about various damage incidents in the property, including the intercom. They never repaired them. We had to constantly go down four floors without an elevator to pick up the packages. That was very annoying, because the rent was quite high for Spain and the neighborhood was outright ugly. We felt a bit scammed, because during our stay there was an illegal Airbnb on the top floor for 10 people. Every week and on weekends, drunk people came by who were shouting and making a lot of noise. At 4 o'clock in the morning they knocked on our door, they were extremely drunk and shouted in the hallway. We could hear everything, music and other noises from the people on the upper floor until 6 o'clock in the morning. And then there was also a construction project right outside, which was quite noisy all day long. We never had peace and we couldn't enjoy the apartment, we wanted to leave this apartment as soon as possible, the bathroom tap was never repaired, the balcony was damaged and no one ever came to repair it, the compensation paid to the agency for their services is completely wasted since they don't help much, they ignore your requests, we had a small accident with the induction but it kept working perfectly and they took 40% of the deposit to buy a new one, just because... we don't recommend this agency.

The company takes care of the maintenance of my apartment in Utrecht. So far, I am not at all satisfied with the service.

Regarding Tower19, formerly Eurotoren: we rent offices there and the climate system is so bad that in summer the offices on the sunny side become more than 35 degrees and in winter if the heating is not switched on in time less than 17 degrees. After 8 months of asking questions to the landlord Spring without answers, the reaction has finally arrived and it boils down to the fact that nothing we and other tenants say is true and that everything works fine. Tower19 is a beautiful location in a great place but due to the circumstances and attitude of the landlord parts of the year are uninhabitable.

If agreed appointments are not kept, it concerned a 2nd appraisal, which would be much more advantageous because all documents are already present, however the full price was still invoiced. Also agreements/matters were discussed with the appraiser, these have not been honored, as a result my mortgage application has been rejected, resulting in an enormous financial loss!!

I wouldn't want to do business with them either as a buyer or seller! We had made an appointment for a viewing, but this was cancelled on the day itself. It turns out that the purchase agreement has already been signed. And that for an amount that would be below our bid. Unprofessional towards us, and the seller is being deceived.

Looking to rent office space. Upon arrival at the location, an entire floor was closed off. Unfortunately, they didn't know why. Later it turned out that it had already been rented. It’s a shame your broker doesn’t know this. Email sent and after 10 days still no response. A pity as well. I don't need a standard 'sorry' message on this post to excuse yourself. A broker should know when something has been rented and can certainly send back an email.

Recently had an appraisal loaded by Spring Real Estate, it concerned the valuation of an investment property in a rented state. Derk Aukema was the appraiser. Mr. Aukema is a professional with expertise. The communication was very good. The entire process ran smoothly and quickly. From beginning to end I was well guided. Very satisfied with the result.

Estimated amount is more than sufficient for real estate finance. Thank you however the report is a cobbled-together job; an attempt to make a good impression on banks. The entire floor with penthouse is not shown, employee dismissed ?? many factual errors in text, desperately bad photos (tilted and skewed) and if you come with criticism, the gentleman drops out or is heavily offended. 1 star is already too much! Please no contact anymore, do not call us! Furthermore, quite essential, not well informed about the economic market value, in short absolutely not recommended

Don't trust this company. Many promises, but it's all about your money. I became a victim of it. Rather look for another company if you want to realize your dream home.

I recently had a property to be purchased appraised by Lennard from Spring Real Estate for a rental financing. Besides being very happy with the final result and thus successfully being able to finance the property, I am especially pleased with the service and contact. I have commissioned Spring Real Estate to appraise a property for rental purposes (market value in a rented condition). I am very dissatisfied with the final result: The appraisal was extremely disappointing, both the market value in a rented condition and the expected monthly rental income. The appraiser himself indicated what other comparable properties generated per month, but the final report showed a rent price lower than the lowest rent of comparable apartments. Also, the market value in a rented condition was disappointing. After I called the appraiser to indicate that I was not satisfied with this and clearly explained everything, I received a different appraisal report the next day with a slightly higher value but still below expectations and below reality. Ultimately, I secured financing by investing more of my own money, which I would have preferred to use for purchasing another object. Absolutely no Spring Real Estate for me in the future; at the end of this year, I will look for another appraiser for the next property.
