I had a very bad experience with this company. Extremely unreliable and they keep information hidden. I was greatly deceived by this company.

Mike accompanied my friend and me during the rental of our new house. He was very kind and professional, and helped us with everything. We are very happy with our new house and we can wholeheartedly recommend Mike and Verhoef Vastgoed, their service is great!
I feel so happy that I met this real estate agency. They are so professional and at the same time so nice. You know how difficult it is to find a house in Amsterdam, especially if you come from another country. They made it all much easier for us! They also helped us with many procedures, removed all our doubts and followed us at every step on the way to obtaining the house. I will never be grateful enough for these people, Mike is a very nice person and a super professional personality!
We rented an apartment with the help of Naära. The entire process, from submitting a viewing request to receiving the keys, took only about 8 hours, an unbelievable speed. I was also called back within an hour after requesting a viewing, which is very nice. Usually you only get an e-mail after a day or a few days. The entire check-in process went smoothly. Naära took photos of all the small scratches in the apartment and made notes in case anything wasn't in the best condition. There was also a bottle of champagne ready as a welcome gift, really a nice gesture :)

Reliable and Careful Rental and Management Process In the jungle of managers, this is a gem. My experience with Verhoef is very positive. They work carefully and professionally, with an eye for detail in both rental and management. The selection of tenants is thoughtful, and I am consistently clearly informed about all developments. Their reliable approach gives me peace of mind and confidence that my properties are in good hands.
This party withheld crucial information and knowingly sold a property with hidden defects. When these defects came to light, the true nature of this organization became clear: everything revolves solely around its own financial gain, without any consideration for the interests of the buyer. My advice to everyone considering doing business with this party: be extremely cautious. Always involve professional advisors during viewings, purchase decisions and transfer to protect yourself. What is most concerning is that I have since heard that I am not the only one with negative experiences. There are multiple victims who are considering legal action against Verhoef Vastgoed. This kind of practice unfortunately confirms why real estate agents often have a bad name.
Ik ben Verhoef Vastgoed ontzettend dankbaar voor hun hulp bij het vinden van een huurappartement. Ik was al twee maanden op zoek naar een appartement, had meerdere bezichtigingen gehad, maar zonder succes. Toen kwam ik Verhoef Vastgoed tegen en belde ze op. Ze reageerden snel, begrepen mijn wensen en wisten me binnen een dag een appartement in Nieuwegein (dichter bij Utrecht) aan te bieden. Wat ik het meest waardeer, is hun vriendelijke en attente aanpak. Ze rekenden geen makelaarskosten en wilden me oprecht helpen. Ik zou Verhoef Vastgoed zeker aanraden als je op zoek bent naar een appartement.
Mike and Naara are superhosts. They serviced our apartment last December and checked guests in and out. Always easy to reach and everything neatly arranged.

I thought I would add the perspective of a tenant here, as most of the below is from landlords. In short: Mike and Verhoef Vastgoed are as unreliable and unscrupulous an organization as can be. Mike's cleaner (who spoke neither English nor Dutch) took our bedding, accidentally or intentionally. Mike's reaction to my request to have it returned was 'she isn't responding', after which he said 'I don't think she stole your bedding, we have much more expensive bedding that she would rather have taken'. I don’t think insulting my sheet choice is a good way to go about this. We were never compensated. Mike deducted 300 EUR from our deposit for 'cleaning services', although these are explicitly included in the Airbnb costs. Apparently, this is due to “dog hair”, even though permission to keep a dog was explicitly stated in our contract. Mike refused to show us the cleaning invoice because he is legally obliged to - perhaps because 300 EUR is a ridiculous amount for a property of 50 m² on the Kinkerstraat. Our experience with Verhoef Vastgoed is one of thorough dishonesty and pure greed. Do business with them at your own risk.
Great rental agent! I have been able to rent properties from Verhoef Vastgoed several times and this has always gone very well for both myself and my clients.
They helped me well with advice regarding the purchase of real estate investment. Furthermore, they found a tenant within a week and managed all tenant-related matters.

The rental and management of my property runs through Verhoef Vastgoed. After the purchase of my rental property, during the handover, the property was practically already rented out. In addition to creatively assisting with the purchase and rental, the management runs flawlessly.
Worked very well with Daniel and Mike in the rental of a new-build apartment. Still exciting, because despite a positive vibe, fast rental is really desired. Friday on funda, Tuesday rented out. I say: completely top. I also handle the management via Verhoef - and must say: that's a delightful problem solver.
Verhoef Vastgoed has helped me tremendously in purchasing apartments for rent, from which they subsequently achieve optimal returns. I have also outsourced the management and through this choice, I am completely relieved of burdens when it comes to renting out our homes.

They are creative, meaning they have a suitable solution for every property. They relieve the burden by, for example, taking complete management out of your hands or collaborating on the floor plan and interior design.
