Ik beveel mijn makelaar Bram van harte aan. Ik ben nogal kieskeurig, dus het duurde even voordat ik een appartement had gevonden. Tijdens het proces en de bezichtigingen heb ik met verschillende makelaars te maken gehad. Sommigen leken bevooroordeeld en wilden me gewoon een appartement aansmeren door alle voordelen ervan te benadrukken. Bram is eerlijk en transparant en was een geweldige gesprekspartner die me gedurende het hele proces uitstekend advies gaf. Een week voor de oplevering kwam er bovendien nog wat extra informatie van de verkoper naar buiten, wat mijn beslissing beïnvloedde.
