My experience with this real estate agent was disappointing. They attempted to sell the property without contacting me beforehand. During a court hearing, it was ultimately decided to remove this real estate agent from the sale. I found their attitude clearly biased, which resulted in me being disadvantageously treated and excluded in an unpleasant way. This seemed partly due to influence from a co-owner, whereby the real estate agent appeared to align with their interests in an opportunistic and easygoing manner. In my opinion, this behavior is in conflict with the rules of the NVM. I therefore cannot recommend this real estate agent.

I have had very good contact with Björn and Melvin for many years. They handle their affairs well, communicate smoothly, and know a lot about the Amsterdam real estate market and surrounding areas. They were able to rent out my 2 apartments in Hydepark Hoofddorp quite quickly. In doing so, they didn't choose the fastest route but the safest one, resulting in neat tenants who pay on time every month. Terrible experience. The real estate agent Indra called us to celebrate that we had won the highest bid, but ultimately called us three days after the final deadline/decision to tell us that we had lost the house because they had accepted a new bid from someone who hadn't won. I think there are no rules at this real estate office.
