Excellent knowledge of the market, combined with full understanding of our wishes, providing priceless advice throughout the process, from the search, to the completion. Sometimes reactive. After my signal, app or phone call, there was action. I don't think that’s the way to go. Furthermore, the choice has been made to advertise under a ‘round’ amount. This ensures that not all interested parties respond. I also find it strange that with 15 viewings only 3 bids were received, of which 1 was serious. I expected something different here.

Very disappointed! First, a very enthusiastic candidate realtor comes over, tells us his entire private life (single, friends all unemployed due to corona (KLM, cultural sector), that he can't tell his friends how much work he has; that he lives in an apartment where he previously rented out 5 homes, etc., etc., yes, he told us all of that). Subsequently, we hear nothing more from him, called and texted afterwards, no response. Eventually, we managed to reach him, and we got a lame story that they think they can't be the right realtor for us!
