House purchased in 2023 where the living area was shown on Funda 1 m² larger than in the official measurement report from the seller. This difference seems small, but is misleading and unprofessional. As a buyer with Mooijekind Vleut Makelaars Amsterdam you really should be cautious: check all documents thoroughly and don't accept anything without question.

Sometimes reactive. After my signal, app or phone call, there was action. I don't think that’s the way to go. Furthermore, the choice has been made to advertise under a ‘round’ amount. This ensures that not all interested parties respond. I also find it strange that with 15 viewings only 3 bids were received, of which 1 was serious. I expected something different here.

First, a very enthusiastic candidate realtor comes over, tells us his entire private life (single, friends all unemployed due to corona (KLM, cultural sector), that he can't tell his friends how much work he has; that he lives in an apartment where he previously rented out 5 homes, etc., etc., yes, he told us all of that).
