In eerste instantie verliep het contact prettig. Na een bezichtiging en meerdere contactmomenten en voorstellen uiteindelijk een voorstel gedaan voor de huurprijs waar de verhuurder naar zocht voor het pand aan de Friesestraat 10. Daarna heb ik helaas niets meer vernomen, ook niet na meerdere follow-ups. Uiteraard kan een verhuurder of makelaar besluiten een pand niet aan mij te verhuren, dat is hun goed recht. Maar helemaal geen terugkoppeling meer geven, ook niet na meerdere follow-ups, vind ik onprofessioneel.

Ik vond de vraagprijs aan de lage kant. Regelmatig ontving ik de Funda Waardecheck en die was aanmerkelijk hoger. Omdat ik onder bewind stond was de schatting van een taxateur leidend, daar was niets tegen in te brengen. Voorts werd ik onvoldoende geïnformeerd over de voortgang. Weliswaar werd mijn bewindvoerder op de hoogte gebracht, toch had ik liever gezien dat dit ook voor mij gold.
