07 Feb 2025Voor de verkoop van onze tussenwoning kwamen we snel uit bij Elmar Houdel. Een fijne makelaar die verstand van zaken heeft en professioneel handelt. Het contact daarbij hebben we als zeer prettig ervaren. Zoals gezegd professioneel maar met behoudt van een fijn laagdrempelig contact. Realistisch in het vaststellen van de vraagprijs en andere gerelateerde zaken waaronder de mogelijkheden waarin wij ons konden manoeuvreren op de huizenmarkt. Kortom een complete makelaar met oog voor detail die we een ieder voor zowel koop- als verkoop kunnen aanraden.

07 Mar 2024Recentelijk heeft Elmar ons huis verkocht. Vanaf het eerste contactmoment tot aan de afhandeling bij de notaris is de communicatie zeer plezierig. Dat is fijn, want een huis verkopen is niet zomaar iets: dat kan best spannend zijn! Alle vragen die je hebt worden vlot beantwoord en dat wekt vertrouwen. Elmar handelt ook zeer professioneel. Uiteraard heeft hij oog voor de belangen van de verkopende partij, maar zeker niet minder voor de kopende partij. Iedereen is gelukkig als Elmar een verkoop/koop bemiddeld heeft. De vijf sterren zijn dik verdiend. Bedankt Elmar!

Probeerden 2 weken contact te krijgen met de betreffende makelaar(eigenaar) die over de verkoop gaat, meerdere keren gebeld met de belofte terug te worden gebeld maar dit gebeurde telkens niet. Nu krijgen we te horen dat de kavel onder optie is en hebben we geen kans gekregen om een bod te doen, bijzonder kwalijk.

Hier kwam ik pas na het doen van een bod zelf achter, en dat is slordig - zowel van de verkoopmakelaar die het niet had vermeld, als de aankoopmakelaar die dit niet vooraf had onderzocht.
