Tijdens een geschil over gebreken die kort na de aankoop aan het licht kwamen,hebben wij de communicatie als onvoldoende en weinig oplossingsgericht ervaren.Op vragen werd laat of niet gereageerd en wij hadden niet het gevoel dat er serieus werd gekeken naar een redelijke oplossing.
