Erik heeft ons uitstekend en professioneel geholpen met de aanschaf van een woning afgelopen december. Daar de verkopende partij erg moeilijk deed over bepaalde zaken heeft Erik zich tot in de puntjes ingezet om het proces zo goed mogelijk te laten lopen. Bedankt hiervoor!

Topmakelaars! Wij hebben iQ makelaars ingeschakeld als verkoopmakelaar. Door het enthousiasme over onze woning tijdens het kennismakingsgesprek werd onze woning bijna opnieuw aan ons verkocht! Wij zijn superblij met hun manier van werken. Zowel in het voortraject, als tijdens de bezichtigingen en ook met het rondmaken van de koopovereenkomst. Zeker nu we ook weer als kijkers te maken hebben met andere makelaars, bewijzen zij dat ze wezenlijk anders zijn dan de gemiddelde makelaar. Hun betrokkenheid, communicatie, expertise en pro activiteit ligt echt zoveel hoger! Dit geldt voor Tim en Edwin allebei; geen vraag is teveel, en ze weten goed waar ze het over hebben. We vonden het dan juist ook leuk om met beiden zulke fijne en korte lijntjes te hebben!

Personal and involved. Erik is experienced and you can tell. He thinks with you during the process and is very accessible! Very nice, you can ask all your questions. Highly recommend this office when looking for an expert and personal real estate agent in Apeldoorn.
