Met de kennis van de lokale markt wat betreft appartementen heeft de makelaar goed uitgelegd met welke strategie het appartement in de markt te zetten. Met resultaat! Binnen 2 weken verkocht.

Het waren 2 niet standaard panden, deels met achterstallig onderhoud. Tevens veel grond met erfdienstbaarheid en veel garageboxen. Daarom niet voor iedere koper geschikt, maar uiteindelijk door bemiddeling van de Makelaar toch verkocht.

This broker is acting dishonestly and can be bribed. He had my own property appraised without my consent because he was influenced by the money paid to this dishonest broker via his lawyer by the ex-husband. He assessed the property €50,000 euros less than the commercial market value and assessed the property lower than the WOZ value, then he twisted the WOZ value into the commercial value. Highly not recommended!!!

As a purchasing agent encounter. Very disrespectful. Wouldn't have wanted to accept an offer from him. For clarity the agent: - squeezed my hand so unnecessarily hard when we shook hands that after he was gone I still had red marks from the squeeze. - he slammed the doors shut really hard, so much so that I was almost afraid he would break something. - The same applies to knocking on all the doors. - He did this without explaining to me that he would do it and why. When he came in the front door, he walked past me and just started. - He didn't say a word to me after giving me his name, walking past me as if I wasn’t there. It doesn’t matter to me if someone wants to buy my house, everyone’s taste is different, but, it remains my house for now and I expect that someone will treat me respectfully.
