Broker with arrogance. An appointment was made for a viewing of a garage box, which was then cancelled. The next day I was called back saying I could come by the day after at a certain time. I wasn't asked if that suited me but it was a take-it-or-leave-it kind of thing. The time was in the middle of the day so due to work, it couldn't go ahead. Our experience with this broker and the new construction project Hilversum City Living is unfortunately very disappointing. Since signing the original purchase and construction agreement in November 2024, we have experienced persistent delays, poor communication, and a lack of transparency. Important emails are often not answered, or much too late; promises are not kept, and there seems to be little to no control over the planning. Even now, months later, construction has still not started and there is no clarity as to when this will happen. In addition, we received no information about a possible new extension shortly before our contract extension expired. This confirmed for us the lack of involvement and professionalism. For those considering doing business with this party: make sure you stay well informed about all agreements and be aware of potential risks.

This real estate agent is involved in shady dealings. We were about to buy a house that he was offering, but his colleague tried to convince us that we had made the highest bid (probably to prevent us from making another offer), while they shared our bid with others who only offered €1000 more, purely for formality. The worst part is that the seller of the house was a children's charity and it's really scandalous how this company has scammed everyone.
