Twenty years ago they were just starting out for themselves. One of the first projects was selling our 1930s house and buying a detached villa. A huge step for us but thanks in part to Patrick, a very good move. Now, approximately 20 years later, again partnering with Patrick to sell my parents' 1930s house.
