Gezien mijn vooringenomen plan om na ongeveer 10 jaar weer te verhuizen naar een appartement met lift, heb ik juist hem gevraagd. Dit maakte het contact ook extra prettig. Special experience with this real estate agent, come to a verbal agreement on an offer for my house , take the open house and other viewings out of the running and then a verbal agreement is made again and the buyer's agent suddenly wants furniture to be included. As a cherry on top, they also want to lower the offer, nice negotiating that is after the other chances for a higher offer are canceled. This actually puts me with my back against the wall, because there are no more viewings scheduled at that moment. In the ten years I have been doing business, I have never been treated in this way by employees, customers or clients.
