Sorry to hear that, but I can really not recommend this real estate agent. Very inept. He promised to sell my house within a certain range but the selling price ultimately ended up a ton less. We had to settle for a ton less, which is unforgivable. Multiple times first asked if I wanted to keep my house open for viewings and the real estate agent was often late. It is important that a real estate agent is on time for his viewings, isn't it? Not satisfied.

I was really well helped by my sales agent Roy Davids from De Makelaars. During the viewing period, he completely took care of me, which was really nice. In addition, he has a lot of specialized knowledge and good connections within the land registry domain, which allowed him to advise me excellently on what should be included in the purchase contract. Definitely a recommendation if you are planning to sell your house!

Als er apparatuur kapot was of iets niet naar wens was, werd het meteen opgepakt en werd er snel een reparatie ingepland wanneer het nodig was. Zelfs met het aanbevelen van mij als huurder voor een nieuwe woning bij een ander verhuurbedrijf, waar RVG niet de eigenaar van is, heeft Maurice zijn best gedaan om een positieve aanbeveling te geven bij de andere eigenaar van het pand.
