Sorry hoor maar deze makelaar kan ik echt niet aanraden. Zwaar inept. Had belooft om mijn huis binnen een bepaalde range te verkopen maar verkoopprijs is uiteindelijk een ton minder geworden. We moesten wel maar een ton is onvergefelijk. Meerdere keren eerst gevraagd of ik m’n huis voor bezichtiging wilde open houden en de makelaar kwam te vaak te laat. Het is wel belangrijk dat een makelaar op tijd is voor zijn bezichtigingen toch? Niet tevreden.

Ik ben echt super goed geholpen door mijn verkoopmakelaar Roy Davids van De Makelaars. Tijdens de periode met bezichtigingen heeft hij me volledig ontzorgd, wat echt heel fijn was. Daarnaast heeft hij veel specialistische kennis en goede connecties binnen het erfpachtdomein, waardoor hij me uitstekend kon adviseren over wat er in het koopcontract moest komen te staan. Zeker een aanrader als je van plan bent je huis te verkopen!

Geven vertrouwen dat ze weten waar ze mee bezig zijn. Gaven ook mogelijke acties aan toen de verkoop iets langer duurde dan verwacht. Dit waren de juiste acties en appartement is per bieding verkocht

Niels was erg behulpzaam bij het geven van een overzicht van het hele project en het beantwoorden van vragen. Hij was ook erg behulpzaam bij het verkrijgen van details over de opties van Makelaar. Hij was flexibel met het plannen van afspraken.

To start positively: the back office is well organized, employees are quick and effective. I unfortunately can't say the same about the gentlemen. They are nice guys, but talk doesn't fill holes. Thursday we received the purchase agreement after making a wonderful offer. We were, so to speak, allowed to pop the cork and the ball was in our court. After being kept on a string for five days, it turned out that our prepared purchase agreement was just a game to drive up the market price. The offer and the still unsigned purchase agreement have been withdrawn under the pretext: they have friends who bid slightly more. Even in this market super unethical and I also don't understand that a professional real estate agency would participate in this.

Moderately assisted by Marc during the sales conversation for our new-build home. He knew less about the property than we did and gave us incorrect (e.g., the house had a bathroom while he stated it didn't) or incomplete information. To give a concrete example: we would like patio doors. Marc indicated that this was not an option. Later, however, it turned out to be an option with the contractor but was not listed among the possible options. When we started discussing this with him, he said that we should have asked Heijmans for the options, even though there was a list of all options. Subsequently, an internal document emerged in which other buyers had raised this question. Marc could have known this and failed to properly and completely inform the customer. In short, what Marc added to the process remains a mystery to me. I would not recommend this real estate agent. Still gave two stars because the rest of the office was nice.

Ik heb zo'n 5 tot 7 makelaars geïnterviewd om me te helpen bij de aankoop van mijn eerste huis. Velen stuurden me gewoon een contract en zeiden: "Bel ons als je iets gevonden hebt." Marc en het team waren de eersten die vroegen: "Dus wie ben je en wat wil je?" Ze hebben me geholpen een nieuwe stad te begrijpen, de regels rond kopen en bezitten, en zijn met me meegegaan naar zoveel mogelijk bezichtigingen. Ik vind ze ongelooflijk gul met hun tijd, en als je de gebruikelijke service beu bent, is je zoektocht naar vastgoedondersteuning voorbij.
