Poor communication. After a viewing and making an offer, I contacted them several times, but never heard anything else from this real estate agent. It would also be nice to receive at least a reaction even with bad news. My messages are still not answered after 6 weeks.

What a terrible experience with Sukhjinder Singh. A real nightmare, making beautiful promises with low costs, only to then sell my home for far too little (75.000 below the appraisal value). Communication was extremely difficult and annoying because he also has an accent and doesn't bother with details of agreements. This short man did not help us properly.

From the first introduction to the final inspection before handing over our home, it was a very pleasant cooperation. Somehow my review here has been removed. I found out when I looked at it for a friend who is considering this real estate agent. If that's the case, that's very unfortunate. We had a very negative experience a few years ago with the sale of our house. I described my experience here, but for some reason it's no longer there. Everything, from offering the house for sale to the appraisal, viewings and the final transfer, was terrible. Not recommended at all. If you remove this review as well, I will certainly write another one.

I was poorly helped. My house was not inhabited at the time of sale and unknown real estate agents left the lights on at night. They also heated excessively. I ended up in a house that is incredibly noisy, while I was trying to escape the noise from my upstairs neighbor. It's my own fault, but in any case, I've certainly filled the club's coffers. The real estate agent no longer responds to my request for help.

Unfortunately, we have had a less good experience with Baljon Makelaars. It was stated during the sale that the apartment came with a storage space, but this did not hold up legally. As a result, we as buyers were inadequately informed. Despite multiple attempts at discussion, there remains ambiguity about the handling of the matter. We had expected a more careful information provision from an NVM agent.

After Ivo successfully sold my father's house in 2018 (after another realtor gave up. Ivo handled the purchase of our house in 2019, he was fantastic!! Clear communication, keeps appointments and especially helped us to feel reassured in the overheated housing market. In 2022 we chose a different realtor for the sale of our house (because he sold many properties nearby). But that was the biggest mistake ever. The house was listed with this realtor for a year and then we went back to Ivo. Within a month, the house was well sold! Ivo kept us informed, called directly after the viewings and took plenty of time for us. It's only because we moved to the other side of the country that we would never want another realtor than Ivo, praise!!!

Several years ago, we engaged Kettner (Ivo) as a buyer's agent. He was professional and acted with expertise. Ivo helped us place appropriate bids and prevent us from sometimes going in “blind” because of rose-colored glasses. Ultimately, we bought our home without the help of the buyer's agent. Termination of the agreement (against cancellation costs) was not a problem at all and could count on understanding, despite the fact that Ivo had already been out with us several times. Very unprofessional demonstration of the house, a very awkward looking tall man with no interest in sales. Be careful, because he hides flaws in the house and tries to suddenly divert your attention from things that are not right with the construction. Be warned: everything they claim can be untrue and after verification of the untruth they do not respond... just my two cents.
