I recently sold my house through Best Housing and I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Sandra van den Bosch. From start to finish, Sandra was incredibly communicative, professional and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. She went out of her way to help me with everything - from coordinating viewings to helping with small improvements that really made a difference in achieving a good selling price. Her advice and personal involvement really stood out. It didn't feel like I was just a customer; she really wanted to achieve the best result for me. Indeed, a house was sold to us under false pretenses and lies. Due to the lawsuit, I can't say everything about it, but I am free to write a review. Do not enter into an agreement with this real estate agent! She doesn't even respond to letters from the lawyer anymore. What he says here is true! Ultimately, we won the lawsuit after damages of 15,000 euros. The selling party confirmed that the realtor was fully aware. She never informed us again! That says enough. You usually find something like this annoying; she even paid part of the opposing party's lawyer’s fees! Be careful when buying a house through her.

She always responded immediately, even on weekends and evenings. The real estate agent thought along well and also determined a correct asking price. Our house was sold quickly for a good price.

The broker helped me excellently, happy with my choice

RECOMMENDATION! Very friendly, expert and involved real estate agent. Unfortunately, there are people like Arun E M who write an unjustified negative review. See the photos to see that his review is unjustified. The apartment he rented had to be completely renovated after his departure! I feel sad that someone whom I have helped so often - for example when he forgot his keys again or with other matters - accuses the person who only arranged his rental agreement of things that do not belong to her duties at all. I have always been the contact person and really helped this gentleman very often, even when he terminated his contract and then didn't, and then yes, and then a few more months. This bad review does not deserve Best housing and neither do I!!!

It feels very funny to see that a review has been posted against me and my name is being used (which I did not do, gives no one permission). This forces me to describe the authenticity of my review. First of all, my review was about the lack of support from the rental company Best Housing from day one until my departure. The only moment I was encouraged to contact Best Housing was during the key handover. In the conversations I had with the owner, 1100 euros had already been paid and settled for the full damage to the house, including the personal time we had spent on the renovation. (The displayed equipment was from the 2010 model and no maintenance was needed until 2022.) Surprised to see what the photos here show, since the money was already paid? Is it just bullying or is it trying to cover up the bad interaction with rental company Best Housing? We really missed the support from the rental company for the problems we experienced in the house, including: - repairing an old heating system with a very poor energy label (energy label G). We spoke about it several times, but nothing changed. After 2.5 years we had it replaced when the energy supplier informed the owner of this issue. Best Housing was therefore nowhere to be found for help or for some problems. Her second communion was about the damage in an inappropriate email with the intention to humiliate. So I think that Best Housing was not at all helpful in renting out the apartment, nor in the way they communicated. Thank you for posting the photos and giving me the chance to sketch out the full picture. In the photo above you see: - toilet curtain (about 10-20 euros) - outlet filter (model 2007/2010) And most of the equipment is from 2007 to 2010.

We had a very bad experience with Best Housing. We rented the house through Sandra. We lived in the apartment for more than two years. During that time, I absolutely could not see Sandra or ask her for help. She was never there to help us with our problems. Her answer was always that we had to sort it out with the landlord. Therefore, I want to emphasize that Best Housing is very irresponsible. When I returned the house, Best Housing kept the full deposit, even for items that the landlord had promised to handle. Sandra needs to learn how to approach a client in the right way. Instead, she sent us an arrogant e-mail in which she ignored that she had been unreachable for two years after signing the contract. I warn everyone who does business with Best Housing. Arun
