Indeed, a house was sold to us under false pretenses and lies. Due to the lawsuit, I can't say everything about it, but I am free to write a review. Do not enter into an agreement with this real estate agent! She doesn't even respond to letters from the lawyer anymore. What he says here is true! Ultimately, we won the lawsuit after damages of 15,000 euros. The selling party confirmed that the realtor was fully aware. She never informed us again! That says enough. You usually find something like this annoying; she even paid part of the opposing party's lawyer’s fees! Be careful when buying a house through her.

RECOMMENDATION! Very friendly, expert and involved real estate agent. Unfortunately, there are people like Arun E M who write an unjustified negative review. See the photos to see that his review is unjustified. The apartment he rented had to be completely renovated after his departure! I feel sad that someone whom I have helped so often - for example when he forgot his keys again or with other matters - accuses the person who only arranged his rental agreement of things that do not belong to her duties at all. I have always been the contact person and really helped this gentleman very often, even when he terminated his contract and then didn't, and then yes, and then a few more months. This bad review does not deserve Best housing and neither do I!!!

Het voelt heel grappig om te zien dat er een recensie tegen mij is geplaatst en dat mijn naam wordt gebruikt (wat ik niet heb gedaan, geeft niemand toestemming). Dit dwingt me om de authenticiteit van mijn recensie te beschrijven. In de eerste plaats ging mijn recensie over het gebrek aan ondersteuning van verhuurbedrijf Best Housing vanaf de eerste dag tot aan mijn vertrek. Het enige moment waarop ik werd aangemoedigd om contact op te nemen met Best Housing was bij de sleuteloverdracht. In de gesprekken die ik met de eigenaar had, was er al 1100 euro betaald en verrekend voor de volledige schade aan het huis, inclusief de persoonlijke tijd die we hadden besteed aan de renovatie. (De getoonde apparatuur was van het model 2010 en er was tot 2022 geen onderhoud nodig.) Verbaasd om te zien wat de foto's hier laten zien, aangezien het geld al betaald was? Is het gewoon pesten of verdoezelt het de slechte interactie met verhuurbedrijf Best Housing? We misten echt de ondersteuning van het verhuurbedrijf voor de problemen die we in het huis ondervonden, waaronder: - het repareren van een oud verwarmingssysteem met een zeer slecht energielabel (energielabel G). We hebben er meerdere keren over gesproken, maar er is niets veranderd. Na 2,5 jaar hebben we het laten vervangen toen de energieleverancier de eigenaar hiervan op de hoogte stelde. Best Housing was dus nergens te vinden voor hulp of voor enkele problemen. Haar tweede communie ging over de schade in een ongepaste e-mail met de bedoeling om te vernederen. Dus ik denk dat Best Housing totaal niet behulpzaam was bij het verhuren van het appartement, noch in de manier waarop ze communiceerden. Bedankt voor het plaatsen van de foto's en de kans om het complete plaatje te schetsen. Op de foto hierboven zie je: - toiletgordijn (ongeveer 10-20 euro) - uitlaatfilter (model 2007/2010) En de meeste apparatuur is van 2007 tot 2010.

We hebben een zeer slechte ervaring gehad met Best Housing. We huurden het huis via Sandra. We hebben ruim twee jaar in het appartement gewoond. Gedurende die tijd heb ik Sandra absoluut niet kunnen zien of om hulp kunnen vragen. Ze was er nooit om ons te helpen met onze problemen. Haar antwoord was altijd dat we het met de eigenaar moesten regelen. Daarom wil ik benadrukken dat Best Housing erg onverantwoordelijk is. Toen ik het huis terugbracht, hield Best Housing de volledige borgsom in, zelfs voor spullen die de eigenaar had beloofd te regelen. Sandra moet leren hoe ze een klant op de juiste manier moet benaderen. In plaats daarvan stuurde ze ons een arrogante e-mail waarin ze negeerde dat ze twee jaar na het tekenen van het contract onbereikbaar was geweest. Ik waarschuw iedereen die zaken doet met Best Housing. Arun
