We sold our house in Breda in 2025 through Makelaarshuys Johanna and Gijs. Overall, we are satisfied with the sale. Johanna comes across as professional, has knowledge of the market, and a vision for the sale. We are happy with the result. The ladies of the “internal team” are very friendly and were always ready to help us. There is always someone to answer the phone. When it turned out that there was some uncertainty about the cadastral data and the notary handling the transfer didn't know what to do with it, the internal team sorted this out and resolved it with their own notary. Not everything went flawlessly. For example, the photos were not good the first time, which meant another photographer had to come for attempt two (so, again house empty and clean, not ideal with two small children). Also, the sales text was really substandard, so we completely rewrote it in our own time. Finally, there was an error in the preliminary purchase agreement that only came to light after the cancellation period had expired. A few points of attention therefore, but we nevertheless look back on the sale with satisfaction!
