Zeer prettige ervaring gehad met aankoopmakelaar Merdan. Hij sloot aan op onze behoeften, gaf goed maar ook kritsch advies en had een persoonlijk aanpak waarbij wij ons als starters erg gehoord bij voelden. Aanrader!

Indien je jouw huis onder de marktprijs wilt verkopen dan moet je hier zijn! De uitkomst van een taxatie was belachelijk laag en niet overeenkomstig de geldende marktwaarde.

Ze hebben een parkeerplaats te koop staan waar geen maten bij staan. Dus heb ik contact gezocht met de Makelaar en gevraagd naar de maten van deze parkeerplek . Hun antwoord: we hebben de maten niet! Een makelaar die iets aanbied zonder dat ze er ook maar iets vanaf weten, dat is toch zeer slecht . Sorry Eggink Maalderink, maar verdiep je in het object dat je verkoopt, zal u klant ook waarderen.
