Terrible experience. The deposit was gone and the agent ignored us. After two months, the landlord comes with a bill of 3000 euros. And the full deposit. The agent still ignores us. Very unprofessional and does everything to collect the landlord's costs, especially if they sell. PS: nothing of the damage is worth 3000 euros. John told us he would engage professional cleaners and send us the bill. Then I received a fake bill from the owner via his wife's financial service provider. All this with John's support. This is forgery and fraud.

Very good experience with Housing4You. As an international couple, we were looking for a home in Maastricht on short notice, but given the housing crisis and the popular city, we had little hope. When John said it would definitely be possible within a foreseeable time, we held our breath. But so true, within a few weeks we signed as new tenants for a beautiful house in the city center. John was involved, communicated clearly, distinctly and quickly and was physically present everywhere. This was the first time we used a real estate agent as an intermediary but it was a super good experience. Recommended!

I rent a studio in the Boschstraat from John. It is quite expensive, but when I moved in, there was no cleaning of the entire studio. He promised to replace the toilet and sink when I moved in, but did nothing. And when I left, I signed the contract stating that everything was in order. But regarding the deposit, he said he wanted to keep the money because I had canceled the viewing on the same day due to my emergencies. When I worked with him for a new viewing, this time other tenants did not show up. He keeps blaming me for having canceled the first time. Be careful with what he says, because he says yes at first but then does nothing. Rather stingy.
