As seen from the other reviews, this broker already didn't care much about potential buyers, but this situation is really something else. A property appeared online on Friday: immediately emailed for a viewing. Nothing heard by Monday, so I called myself. Turns out the property was already sold during the weekend after 1 bid? Then you know that as a broker, you haven't realized the maximum sales price for your client, which in my opinion is the entire task of a broker. Disappointing!

Impossible to get in contact with them. They were not present to inspect my property, said they would come later, dismissed me on the day of the appointment with a poor excuse, and since then I have heard nothing more. No response to emails, phone calls are unanswered, and now I am left with an apartment with deferred maintenance, a broken kitchen, holes in the wall filled with plastic bags, cracks in the plasterwork, pipes that are so rusted it's a wonder they don’t leak, blood in the stairwell after a stabbing incident, because I do pay service charges every month but I have never seen anyone clean the stairwell. In short: DO NOT RENT FROM THESE SCAMMERS. They also lie about adjusting the rent so you can apply for housing allowance. Promise, don't deliver. Terrible realtor.

They let themselves be drawn into making ridiculous bids. I have another name for it. I think it's a disgrace to the brokerage. Giving no stars is not possible on this site.
