The real estate agent strongly preferred a 'bidding from price' and, in our opinion, also set it quite high. This was also evident from the meager interest (one viewing requested). The property was ultimately sold for less than the 'bidding from price', but we as sellers thought that was fine, since things could be done quickly (which was our preference as sellers).
