Ben guided us well through a unfortunately quite lengthy sales process. That was not due to Spitman. I would like to have been more proactively kept informed about the progress. The apartment did not sell itself and I had expected to be more proactively involved in that. It does not take away from the fact that the contact was good. The backoffice also always handled things carefully and competently.
