Really a bad real estate office. On Monday I was there at 8:15 and 8:30 am looking at their apartments. I saw that there was a new apartment, so I sent them an e-mail and called them at 9 am. They said they would contact me, but for safety I called them again at 10 am to check if everything was okay. They were quite rude during the conversation. They said that everything was fine and that they would call me during the day. They called me back at 5:30 pm (closing time) asking if I had pets, or if I was going to live with someone. I answered everything (no pets, not a smoker, no family). Today I called them again and they told me that the viewing was full. I met all the requirements and it's almost impossible that there were so many people when I applied. The only thing they knew about me was my salary (perfect for the apartment) and that I was Spanish. This means that they either didn't like me because I'm a foreigner, or due to a huge administrative error. In both cases this makes them automatically, in my opinion, a very bad office.

Celine is fantastic, she's the big star at Marloes Makelaars! Celine is always ready for you, she's always accessible for very good ideas and advice. Thanks to Celine, I now have the most beautiful apartment in Delft! I can therefore strongly recommend Celine!

I have always felt annoyed when brokers were 3-5 minutes late for my appointments, even if the bike ride of the broker only took a few minutes, to then make it even more exciting, the broker (always a he) would arrive at the location, looking particularly stern, and usually followed by a subtle joke. Mrs. Marloes dared to start her own brokerage in Delft during the previous financial crisis where many brokers were already successfully operating.
