Via taxateursite reasonably affordable and quick contact. However, they quickly indicate that it will become more expensive. While nothing of that is mentioned on the website. Yes... above a higher valuation amount. Feel like I'm ge.....t! Waste of time

Communication experienced as very chaotic, having to send repeatedly requested documents multiple times, for the appraisal itself Mr. Timal was inside for approximately 3 minutes and seemed very rushed. The appraisal report took a long time and had an unrealistic market value, which has now resulted in a very challenging situation for us. After telephone contact about this, Mr. Timal stated that he found the finish of other homes to be 'more luxurious', this is a matter of taste and not relevant to an appraisal. Contact was very rigid and unpleasant. There's a very good reason why they offer cheap appraisals, don't waste your money!

It's quite exciting when someone comes to assess your house, but the assessor took plenty of time to explain everything and take measurements, which put me at ease. I received a very detailed report on time with a good price determination for my home, in which the fact that some renovation work still needs to be done was processed in a realistic way. All in all, a good experience and a price that is well below that of other real estate agents.

Het eerste contact verliep prima. Meneer Timal is langs geweest en heeft beloofd het rapport binnen een paar dagen af ​​te leveren. Het zijn nu echter al weken geleden en er is de laatste twee weken helemaal geen contact meer. Alle voicemails zijn uitgeschakeld. Ik moet nu halsoverkop iemand anders vinden om de klus te klaren. Ik heb geen idee waarom er geen reactie komt, maar ik heb liever dat mensen me vertellen dat ze een klus niet kunnen doen dan dat ik helemaal niet op de hoogte word gehouden van de voortgang.
