Avoid dealing with these people at all costs, whether you are a tenant or landlord. I rented an apartment in The Hague and was unfortunately sold halfway through to those guys. No check-in report was made or professional cleaning when we checked into the apartment and I agreed with the previous owner that no professional cleaning would be done and that was passed on to them. A woman named Farah called us to pay upfront.. and during her visit everything was explained about the apartment and its many problems and she was very understanding and wrote it all down... she asked us to count the dishes and what wasn't ours. We left a very understanding and pleasant letter behind. During check-out, a man named 'Wouter' appeared and he was so rude and impolite that he kept slamming doors, shouting things and kicking which terrified our only old baby who had to experience all of this. And he didn’t even check anything from the report Farah did. He just came in with a problematic attitude and towards the end he literally kicked us out of the apartment by yelling: get your stuff out and leave now! Later I contacted Farah who was present during the pre-check-out inspection and she acted completely opposite and started throwing lies our way. They kept the deposit for over a month and I emailed them to inquire about it. They only responded after I sent a registered letter informing them that I would be taking legal action. To get my deposit back, we eventually made a deal that I pay for professional cleaning 'which I didn’t receive during check-in', costing me 350 euros. Again, avoid dealing with unprofessional lies and unfair freedom of choice.
