Om eerlijk te zijn, vond ik de makelaars nogal onbeleefd. Ik wilde een huis bezichtigen dat ze te koop hadden staan. Ze gaven me een paar data, maar die pasten niet in mijn agenda. De makelaar zei snauwend: "Nou ja, het huis staat niet in de 'uitverkoop'...", waarmee hij bedoelde dat de eigenaren niet wanhopig waren. Ik stelde een paar data voor, maar die kwamen ook niet uit. Uiteindelijk werd er een datum gevonden, maar die lag vrij ver in de toekomst. De makelaar zuchtte. Toen vroeg ik of ik de algemene documenten van het huis kon krijgen. De makelaar zei dat alleen serieuze kopers die zouden krijgen na een bezichtiging. Dit is zeer ongebruikelijk. Ik ben nog nooit naar een bezichtiging gegaan zonder eerst de documenten te hebben gezien. Ik heb een paar dagen over deze interactie nagedacht en de bezichtiging uiteindelijk afgezegd. Ik wens de eigenaren veel succes!

I can't believe the attitude of the agents at this office. I emailed them through Funda to request a viewing, and they immediately called back (which is good), but unfortunately I wasn’t in the country, so I didn’t receive the calls. The next working day, the next morning, I was back in the country. I called them when my phone was on and I saw the voicemail, to ask if I could make an appointment. Here I was snapped at with an arrogant look because I hadn't answered my phone earlier. I explained why I hadn’t picked up and that I was away. Then I was asked when I could be at the property, which they didn’t like, and apparently I had a viewing appointment at 12:00 without knowing it (the conversation took place at 11:55). Making an appointment without me receiving confirmation by email or phone or anything similar. To then be so arrogant and dismiss me like a small child is unacceptable. I don’t care whether it's a seller’s market or a buyer’s market, I am not happy, I will not accept this kind of behavior. P.S. After my review, they did indeed call me twice. They ultimately called four times, as they mention in their response. I blocked the number because I don’t want anything to do with these people. As for damaging your company: you are damaging it yourselves with your outdated understanding of customer service. Thinking that you can force people to remove their reviews and spam their voicemail is not how I would proceed. Without even admitting that there was something wrong with your tone or manners. I stand by the fact that my review is still more accurate, given the measures they took after posting my review.

Selling your house certainly brings some tension. But the peace that real estate agent Aart van Stijn exudes removes a large part of that tension. For a fixed amount, you are completely 'untroubled'.

Right from the introduction, we got a good feeling about his expertise when we were told he would act as our sales broker. He knows the neighborhood, comes across as calm and considered, and takes care of things. They are easily accessible, respond quickly, and also show initiative themselves. Excellent experience with these professionals.

Enabled as a purchase and sales broker. Generally good experience with the purchasing process: action is taken quickly to make appointments for viewings and documents are requested and forwarded on time. Unfortunately, after 1.5 years we still did not have a house. Especially bad experience regarding compliance with the agreement. The broker thought he could double the price by means of a new proposal and unilaterally change the agreement! When inquiring about the justification for this, we were briefly referred to the service provision (new proposal) and told that they want to terminate the contract. Legally, this is not possible at all! Be wary regarding the legal part and do not let yourself be talked into everything! When asking what we could still expect, since we formally still had an agreement, there was no response. Not even after sending a reminder. Only after we ourselves made telephone contact, a reaction was given (2 weeks later). Ultimately, the assignment was terminated and we are happy about that.
