OPLICHTING!!! Ze dwongen ons vroegtijdig te vertrekken, zogenaamd omdat het pand verkocht zou worden, en BELOOFDEN de meubels die we speciaal voor het pand hadden gekocht, van ons over te nemen. Toen het tijd was om te betalen, presenteerden ze plotseling een reparatierekening van MEER DAN € 4.000 (na slechts 6 maanden in het huis), hielden ze onze AANBETALING in en hebben ze de meubels nooit betaald. We raden iedereen ten zeerste af om met Andre in zee te gaan of een woning te huren die aan Brian Akeroyd is gelieerd. Volledig ONBETROUWBAAR en ONPROFESSIONEEL. VERMIJD ZE TEN ALLE KOSTEN.

Ze verwijderen hun Google-account ongeveer elk jaar om alle bewijzen van hun vreselijke en onwettige gedrag uit te wissen (vandaar de lage beoordelingen, ondanks dat ze al meer dan 5 jaar bestaan), maar in mijn ervaring was mijn verwarming meer dan twee maanden kapot in de winter en toen ik belde om het probleem op te lossen, werd ik aan de telefoon uitgelachen. Het enige waar dit bedrijf om geeft is geld; als ze het eenmaal hebben, helpen ze je NIET. Ze hebben zelfs meerdere keren geprobeerd me op te lichten met extra kosten en belastingen die in Nederland niet eens legaal zijn! Dit bedrijf is ronduit verschrikkelijk. DOE GEEN ZAKEN MET HEN!

I cannot recommend the services of The Real Estate Company. They don't even deserve one star! From the start, dealing with them was frustrating due to a lack of professionalism and competence, especially from the key employees A (he), B (she), and A (she). Communication was consistently poor. After I had moved, all emails and phone calls were ignored, making it impossible to get support or clarification. The final inspection by A (she), which should have been done by A (he), was another issue - despite a scheduled time, she arrived early, took photos for the report while I was still cleaning up, and showed no flexibility at all. The management of the office is unapproachable and chaotic, with poor coordination between them and landlord N. Instead of helping tenants, they pass the buck, leaving tenants in a frustrating cycle. A major concern is the process of refunding the deposit. Numerous other reviews mention withheld deposits, and I unfortunately experienced the same. It took several legal steps and months before I finally got my deposit back after moving out in October 2024; I received it only in February 2025. Moreover, negative reviews about their service seem to be quickly removed, raising questions about transparency. Although I will not name specific names or addresses, this was in The Hague - so I strongly advise potential tenants to be very cautious with their dealings!
