Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with Plink. After a viewing, I submitted an offer 15 hours later and indicated by phone that I would like to negotiate with the seller/broker. Despite the promise of a callback, there was no response. After repeated contact, I eventually received notification that the apartment had been sold to someone else. During the viewing, it was still mentioned that there was room for discussion, but that opportunity was not offered to me. Disappointing and handled unprofessionally.

Invited for a viewing as 4 house sharers. Immediately sent away by the real estate agent because the house is not for house sharers. We were not aware of this. The real estate agent said that this was stated on the website in ‘large letters’, but this is not the case. On pressurizing the agent, got into negotiation with the seller agent which resulted in reducing the buying price. Got no help from the agent regarding the property to get details like the base fund (VvE) of the building, etc.…

Our experience with Langezaal Makelaars regarding a retail property was frankly disappointing. The communication was chaotic and slow; we had to wait an incredibly long time for answers. Moreover, the information constantly changed. Initially everything seemed clear, but suddenly there was talk of a different tenant, without any explanation or consultation. The real estate agent promised all sorts of things, but did not keep his promises and suddenly went on vacation without arranging anything or informing us. In addition, Vincent, who showed us the property, was rushed and had hardly any knowledge of the subject matter. They didn't look at the complete picture, and instead of asking for information, they based themselves on assumptions. If you are looking for a real estate agent for a retail property, definitely look elsewhere. Working with Langezaal Makelaars will only cost you time and frustration.
